Today is day #8 in the January photo-a-day challenge. The subject for today is SKY.
My own “rules” do not include taking and posting the picture on the very same day, which is a good thing since this photograph was taken 5 months ago. 😉
If I lay down on my bed and look out the window at the sky, this is what I see:

This photograph was taken soon after we moved into our house, but the sky heart is still there. I admire it nearly every day. Tonight the moon is bright — so bright that the sparkling streets are easier to see than the sparkling stars in the sky. Our little gift of snow last night melted away today in the sunshine but we hope for more tomorrow night.
